SHIPPING & SERVICE POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Urban / Major Cities: PKR 199 per order
  • Rural / Remote Areas: PKR 399 per order

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan — nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Failed deliveries due to unavailability may result in the order being returned.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

  • Rovelle is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.
